On The Beach - West Cork Coast, Ireland

Objects left behind on the wild romantic beaches of West Cork, Ireland; abandoned, washed ashore in storms, accidentally or deliberately left behind in the rush to move on with our lives; the memories and stories behind them; broken connections with the past and links to the future.

The series of photographs, shot in digital format and on black and white film will form an exhibition and photojournalism book of images and words exploring themes and the often multi-faceted and connected history behind the pictures.
